#72: 25 Members Graded In Final 2024 Session
25 students walked away with new belts in ITL’s latest grading, managed by coaches Gianluca Barbara and Jovo Mirkovic.
During this session, ITL’s Alycia Cassar was awarded a Black Tag, meaning she could now sit for her Dan Grading next year.
Three ITL schools convened for examinations.
Two students from Chiswick House School (CHS), two students from St Edward’s College (SEC) and 21 students from the ITL main club attended the event, held on the 21st of December 2024.
Of all the students, the best performer was Sherzod Bazarov, who achieved his yellow belt.
Young members Noah Barbara and Jack Zarb also earned yellow belts after a spirited performance from the pair.
All members registered a great showing. So much so, the coaching team would like to congratulate:

This grading became the latest in an important line of achievements accomplished by the ITL as a team.
During this time, many of the schools forming part of the ITL umbrella have also participated in MTA test matches, adding a much-needed explosion of diversity among athletes.
Following this occasion, the next ITL Keup grading will take place in February 2025.
