  • 5 examples of 1-step sparring

Self-Defense (Hosinsool)

  • 5 examples against any attack

PHYSICAL

  • 30 push ups

  • 40 sit ups

  • 50 squats

KYOKPA

  • Belt-level hand technique and belt-level foot technique on a re-breakable board.

Light KWON board - for all participants under 8 years

Medium KWON board - for all participants between 8 and 16 years

Heavy KWON board - for all participants over 16 years
